BIPQUANTUM Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the bIPQuantum platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform.
• "bIPQuantum" refers to the service provider managing the Platform.
• "IP Assets" refer to intellectual property submitted, stored, and transacted on the Platform.
• "Services" refer to AI consultation, IP certification, marketplace listing, and related offerings.

3. User Accounts (a) Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. (b) Users are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality. (c) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership (a) Users retain full ownership of IP assets submitted to the Platform. (b) By using our certification service, you acknowledge that blockchain records are immutable and publicly verifiable. (c) Users grant bIPQuantum a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and store submitted IP assets strictly for service functionality.

5. Marketplace & Transactions (a) Users may list, buy, sell, or transfer IP assets on the marketplace. (b) Transactions are facilitated via blockchain and are irreversible. (c) Users must comply with applicable intellectual property laws when listing assets. (d) We do not assume liability for disputes arising from transactions between users.

6. AI Consultation & Recommendations (a) The AI IP assistant provides educational and informational support only. (b) AI-generated advice does not constitute legal counsel or substitute professional legal services. (c) Users should consult a qualified intellectual property attorney for official legal guidance.

7. Prohibited Activities Users must not: (a) Submit false or misleading IP claims. (b) Engage in illegal or fraudulent transactions. (c) Use the Platform to infringe upon third-party rights. (d) Introduce harmful code, viruses, or hacking attempts. (e) Circumvent fees, security measures, or system limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability (a) bIPQuantum is not responsible for financial losses due to unauthorized transactions, market volatility, or technical failures. (b) We do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of user-submitted IP assets. (c) Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Compliance & Legal Obligations (a) Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their respective jurisdiction's IP laws. (b) We comply with global data protection laws, including GDPR and relevant blockchain regulations.

10. Termination & Suspension (a) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms. (b) Termination may result in loss of access to marketplace listings and associated services.

11. Modifications to Terms (a) We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
